Vestly is a real estate analysis platform that provides estimated financial metrics, scoring, and market data for residential and multifamily properties. Vestly also provides tools to connect users with licensed real estate professionals.
Vestly does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All financial estimates, projections, Vestly Scores, cash flow calculations, cap rates, and other metrics displayed on Vestly are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on assumptions and publicly available data that may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You should not rely solely on Vestly's estimates when making investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with licensed professionals — including real estate agents, financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys — before purchasing any property.
Vestly makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any financial estimates or projections.
Vestly is a technology platform, not a real estate brokerage or agency. Vestly does not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. When you use Vestly's lead forms (Contact Agent, Schedule a Showing, Request Operating Memorandum), you may be connected with independent licensed real estate professionals. Any relationship you form with those professionals is between you and them — Vestly is not a party to any real estate transaction.
Listing information displayed on Vestly is provided by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and other data sources. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listing data is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any financial estimates, property data, or market information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestly and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Vestly's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Vestly in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vestly and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Vestly is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable fair housing laws. All listings are made available without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class. Our Vestly Scores and financial estimates are based solely on property-level financial metrics and do not consider demographic characteristics of any neighborhood or population.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
